Howdy! Thanks for stopping by! My name is Monica and this is my own personal journey for a better me. I began running using the Couch to 5K app on my iPhone back in November and did a 5K in February. Now that I have been running, I'm focusing on eating better and losing weight.

I'm currently training for the Dallas White Rock Half Marathon and I'm so excited that I'm seeing progress each day. :)

I love anything inspirational, healthy tips, meeting new people, and I am head over heels with running!
